About Redcar Auto & Performance

Established in 2015 by Adrian Horsley, Redcar Auto & Performance quickly became known across the North East as the area’s leading independent garage for all your repair, maintenance and body shop needs. We work on all makes and models, with a particular focus on German, prestige, and performance cars.

Customers who visit our 8,000 sq ft premises on Tod Point Road, in Redcar often remark that it feels like a main manufacturer dealer and we are proud of that. But, we’re even prouder of the fact that our exceptional customer service, our honesty and our skills far surpass that of the main dealer…and our charges are a fraction of the cost. We offer all the services one might expect of an independent garage, including Class 4 and 7 MOTs, servicing for cars and vans of all ages keeping any manufacturer warranty intact, and even custom stainless steel exhaust production.

Our building is split into two – one half is our fully equipped workshop for repairs and maintenance work, and the other half is our state-of-the-art body shop complete with a large low-bake oven, paint mixing room and two chassis-alignment jigs. Our body shop is approved by almost all UK insurance companies.
